Delta Pharmacy

Red Bay’s scope of work included concrete foundations, CMU block, stucco and waterproofing for the new Delta Pharmacy location in downtown Charleston, SC. This project entailed new construction of a retail pharmacy location on the first floor, with a luxury apartment above. Designed by The Middleton Group, the project received kudos from the Architectural Review Board and the Historic Charleston Foundation for it’s clever reimagining of a building which resembled a corner store and home that stood on the same corner more than a half century ago.
