The Claiborne at Brickyard Crossing
Red Bay’s scope of work included turnkey structural concrete, including concrete foundations and post-tension concrete slabs for the Claiborne at Brickyard Crossing. The Claiborne is a 160,000 SF senior adult living facility providing a continuum of care from independent living apartments to memory care apartments. The facility also includes a variety of amenity spaces such as a zero-entry pool. Red Bay also poured the sidewalks in and around the courtyard.
