The Ice House at Park Circle

The Ice House at Park Circle is a redevelopment of the Reddy Ice facility into a class A office park. The project consists of two phases totaling 52,000 SF of office space. Reddy Ice is the largest bagged ice company in the US and the facility has been a landmark in the Park Circle area for more than 80 years. The project was designed by The Middleton Group and the general contractor was Samet, both tenants of the office park. Red Bay Constructors provided a turnkey concrete scope for these two buildings.
