Red Bay is set to begin construction on Phase II of the 4West project which will feature 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury apartments, with mixed-use retail space on the first floor. We are thrilled to partner with Crestline Construction and Estates & Companies on this exciting project

This mixed-use property is part of the Brookland development which is transforming the West Columbia area. Designed by Steinberg Dickey Collaborative, 4West will feature 52 designer residences and approximately 15,000 SF of commercial space.

Red Bay has already begun installing Stellcor Drilled-In Displacement piles last week to prep for footings and foundations. Stay tuned for more information on this exciting project.
