Aventon brings Luxury Mikasa apartments to the Lowcountry. Red Bay Constructors will serve as the concrete contractor for a 336-unit luxury apartment community coming soon to the intersection of Clements Ferry Road and Charleston Regional Parkway. Red Bay will work directly with Aventon Companies, a multifamily developer and general contractor based in Raleigh, NC, with active projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.  Aventon Mikasa will consist of 5 four-story elevator-serviced buildings, clubhouse, game room, fitness center and resort-style pool spread throughout 19 picturesque acres.
