Red Bay is pleased to announce that Nichole (Nikki) Wright has joined our team as Controller. Nikki is a veteran of the construction industry, having served in a variety of financial roles including Controller, Regional Business Administrator and Chief Financial Officer. She has worked in a wide range of commercial fields including architecture, engineering, commercial concrete and most recently commercial landscaping. Nikki has a degree in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.

As Controller, Nikki is responsible for managing the financial operations of Red Bay’s busy office, in addition to reviewing and maintaining fiscal records, the general ledger, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable and job costing. She possesses strong leadership skills and a demonstrated track record of improving financial performance while optimizing productivity. Additionally, she also makes cash flow projections, runs job profitability reports and analyzes overall company profitability.

Nikki is very active in her community, participating in volunteer work with various local charities and can often be found on the sidelines or in the stands cheering her kids on in their soccer, baseball, softball, and basketball games. Her favorite thing about living in the Lowcountry is the great weather, access to local beaches and NO SNOW!
